Yoga and Art 2-Hour Workshops

Through imaginary journeys, children will travel locally and around the world in a whole mind/body experience!

Yoga teaches kids to:

• build muscle strength and flexibility
• improve balance and endurance
• improve emotional health
• foster motivation
• grow self-awareness and acceptance
• develop social connections

During yoga we practice:

• animal poses

• people poses
• object poses
• partner poses
• breathing exercises
• short games
• resting poses

After the physical yoga practice, students will have the opportunity to sketch what they learn in their art journal.  

Further, we will create an artwork to represent the theme and place that we visit.  

What to bring:
 1) a water bottle
 2) a snack 
(mandarin oranges will be available for those who forget their snack)
3) a yoga mat (extra mats will be available if needed)

24-Hour Pre-Registration Required
$25 single day rate
$85 for 5 days
$150 for 10 days 

(Parents receive a FREE CLASS at Yoga One if you sign up for 5 or 10 days of camp)

Classes will be held if minimum registration is met.
No refunds unless class is cancelled.
